BID: Ocean Beach Main Street BID

Cottage Antiques, a pioneer in establishing the antiques district in Ocean Beach, has had a strong presence and visibility in Ocean Beach since 1988. They have an excellent reputation and continually decorate and change their store windows for a fresh and professional look. They have also made great improvements to their building, located on an extremely visible corner. Cottage Antiques has strong involvement with several non-profit groups and is very active within the BID, Cordelia Mendoza chairs the Design Committee, is a OBMA board member, participates in other committees and she is always involved in community projects. Cordelia volunteers for all special events and takes a leadership role.
